Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our official online channels associated with worldfoodtrucks.com, such as merchandise, tickets, or other digital sales we directly manage. It does not apply to purchases made directly from independent food trucks or vendors at the park.
2. Merchandise
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, all merchandise sales are considered final. However, we will work with you in cases where:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- You receive the wrong product or size due to our error.
To request a replacement or resolution, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
3. Event Tickets and Experiences
For events or experiences where tickets or reservations are sold:
- If World Food Trucks cancels an event, you may be eligible for a refund or credit, as specified in the event details.
- Weather-related modifications or delays may not qualify for refunds, especially if the event still takes place in an adjusted format.
- No-shows or personal scheduling conflicts are generally not refundable.
4. Vendor Purchases
Food and beverage purchases, as well as other goods or services purchased from individual trucks or vendors at the park, are governed by the vendor's own policies. Refunds or replacements for those items are handled directly between you and the vendor.
World Food Trucks is not responsible for vendor refunds but may, at its discretion, assist with communication between guests and vendors when issues are reported.
5. Processing of Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, we will process it to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
